A chic wooden closet space (roughly 3ft wide, 6ft tall, 20” deep) with:

Set up is 8:00 - 10:00 A.M CST Saturday morning of your rental period.
Take down is 6:00 - 8:00 PM CST the following Friday. -
You will receive 2/3rds (66%) of the profits.
This model provides substantially higher commission favoring our local Boerne sellers compared to the current industry standards for commission split between consignors.
We take a commission of 1/3rds (or 33%) to keep the boutique running smoothly, staffed efficiently, and provide an elevated consignment experience for sellers and shoppers alike!

Here are a few helpful tips & tricks!
Use the provided clothing bar sizing rings to organize your clothes and help shoppers find their perfect fit. If you do not have a certain size, you can always leave those rings on the left hand side of the clothing bar.
Hang up some of your best brands on the “endcaps” of your closet bar to pull people in.
Double check your Venmo handle provided so that you are paid correctly.
Leave enough space on the clothing bar for shoppers to browse easily - if you have more clothes than can easily fit on the bar, split your inventory and “Restock” later in the week to change things up!
Take photos and videos of Linen & Dove and your curated closet then post to Instagram and Facebook to pull in the community!
Ps. if you tag us in a 30+ second “Reel” (video) on Facebook or Instagram highlighting your curated closet - you can receive a one time $5 credit in your final weekly payout!
If you tag us on Instagram or Facebook (@linenanddove) we will repost your content for all our followers to see - which could bring more shoppers to your booth = more money for you!
Write your highest quality brands, catchy tag lines, or your weekly reason for selling on your closet sign that we provide to pull shoppers in and help them feel a personal connection to your space.
If you have a small business - you can write your Instagram handle or website on the provided closet signs!
Use shelving space for fun decor, purses, accessories, shoes, books, and other unique items.
Consider pricing your items just a few dollars higher if you plan to discount your entire closet later in the week for more shopper attention.
Don’t include anything low quality, obscene, dirty, or broken as we have the right to remove anything from closets at our own discretion.
Extra hangers/supplies are always available! Just ask a Linen & Dove employee.

Of course we can - it’s one of our favorite parts of the process for our sellers - watching their curated closets come to life!
As a Seller, you will receive a basket of provided items when you check in to curate your closet on Saturday morning.
In the basket you will find Linen & Dove branded tags, stickers, safety pins, clips, in-store tagging gun usage, and more! These items create a unified experience for the shoppers, and increase the boutique appeal of your items on Boerne Main Street.
Supplies Fee Transparency: The first $5 of sales from your closet is deducted to cover a portion of cost towards these items. The collection of these supplies would cost far more that amount to buy from various vendors individually and we believe there is high value in these things being provided collectively in store, saving you time and money, and creating a cohesive aesthetic for shoppers.

Designated closet tear downs occur on Friday night between 6:00 - 8:00 PM CST. This is when you will come and collect your items that did not sell once your rental week is complete.
Tear-Down Assistance: If you expect that you will not be able to tear down your booth for free during the designated Friday tear down hours - please contact our Linen & Dove team to reserve a $10 assistance tear down service. You can also prebook tear-down service at the same time you are booking your closet.
With this tear down service, we will tear down all items remaining in your booth and hold your items for 7 calendar days at our boutique for pick up during normal business hours. If you do not show up within 7 business days to retrieve your unsold items, they will be donated.

Yes! You’re encouraged to restock during business hours—you’ll even get a cute little “restocked” tag for your closet sign to notify shoppers that new items have arrived.
All you have to do is check in at our front desk, then tag your new items!

We will be developing a sellers web portal and integrated Linen & Dove app with the funds from our first few months - so thank you for being a part of our opening renters who check-in the old fashion way in the meantime!

Click on the “Discounts” tab on our website (coming soon!). Here you will find a discount form asking for your closet information and your preferred discount, if any.
Discount days occur on Thursdays & Fridays.

Submissions Due: Discounts must be added in by 6PM Wednesday night.
FYI, Discounting Is NOT Required: Discounts are not required but are encouraged - as your closet gets a cool little discount tag next to your seller sign - plus shoppers get super excited for end of week discounts!

Closet rentals are non-refundable purchases, however we can reschedule a booking for free with 48+ hour advanced notice.
If rescheduling is requested with 48 hours or less before your 8:00 AM Saturday setup, a $20 rescheduling fee will be assessed.
