Seller Terms
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items
While we take all reasonable steps to ensure your inventory is organized and protected, Linen & Dove is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. For any concerns, contact us at linenanddove@gmail.com.
The Seller indemnifies Linen & Dove for any lost, stolen, damaged or missing inventory items. The Seller assumes all risks of the consignment and agrees to not hold Linen & Dove liable in any way for loss associated with this consignment. No other warranty is valid, except as given in writing.
Commission Split and Fees
Commission Structure: Commission will be split in the following manner:
Linen & Dove retains one-third (1/3) or 33.34% of the total revenue from the sale of an item.
The Seller retains two-thirds (2/3) or 66.66% of the total revenue from the sale of an item.
Fees: Any fees, including credit card processing fees, will be split in the same manner:
Linen & Dove covers one-third (1/3) of the fees.
The Seller is responsible for two-thirds (2/3) of the fees.
Supplies Reimbursement Fee
Fee: Linen & Dove charges a $5 supplies reimbursement fee with each rental deducted from your payout. This helps cover the costs of maintaining supplies like hangers, tags, and other necessary items. By participating, you agree to this deduction. The Seller understands that the amount of Supplies used will not impact this Fee, even if the Seller does not use the Supplies provided by Linen & Dove.
Benefit: The collection of these supplies would cost far more that amount to buy from various vendors individually and we believe there is high value in these things being provided collectively in store, saving you time and money, and creating a cohesive aesthetic for shoppers.
Social Media Credit
$5.00 USD Social Media Credit: Post a Reel (video) of your newly curated closet on Instagram / Facebook and tag @linenanddove to receive a one time $5 credit towards your closet payout commission.
One credit ($5) limit per rental week. You must tag Linen and Dove at the handle above or the credit will not be added.
Please DM us once your Reel is posted for official credit confirmation and ensure it was tracked / tagged properly.
P.S. This can help counter the supplies reimbursement fee listed above!
Renewal Policy
Consecutive Weekly Reservations: Linen & Dove has the right and sole discretion to deny any “back-to-back” consecutive closet renewals if a Seller's closet has not made at least $100 before commission split / fees during the rental week prior to their renewal date.
Closet Continuations: If you are renting a closet for consecutive weeks, then you do not need to tear down on the Friday between rental weeks. We will maintain that assigned closet space for you through the following rental week to save you time and effort of resetting the closet. We do ask however that your closet is refreshed with new exciting items for shoppers between rental weeks.
Separated Weeks: If you are renting non-consecutively (not back to back weeks), then this $100 sales requirement does not apply.
These policies are in place to maintain high store quality, allow closet availability for our community and small businesses alike, and to reduce any over booking.
Multiple Closets Per Week: Individual Sellers may rent up to two closets (2) at Linen & Dove during the same rental week.
If you are looking to rent 3 or more during the same week, then you will need to email linenanddove@gmail.com to discuss terms, business need, and planned inventory, as Linen & Dove has the right and sole discretion to deny any additional weekly closet renewals in excess of 2 per person per week in order to maintain availability for both community and small businesses alike.
Combo - Consecutive Weeks & Multiple Closets: If a Seller is renting multiple booths (2 or more) AND is also wanting to renew all closet spaces for back-to-back weeks, then the $100 sale requirement before split / fees will apply per closet.
Commission Payout
Venmo Payouts: Commission payouts will be processed within 7 business days after the final selling day and will be made via Venmo. Sellers must provide accurate Venmo details via the intake form at check-out and inform us of any changes prior to the last day of your rental week.
Improper Venmo Payments Due to Username: If improper Venmo is provided by The Seller via the intake form, and the end of week payment has already been sent to the incorrect Venmo username, there is no guarantee that we can retrieve that payment from the incorrect username and reimburse the seller. To prevent this from occurring, please double check your Venmo username before submission on our intake form or inform our staff of updates before the Friday tear down of your rental week.

Tear Down & Team Assistance
Tear-Down Assistance: If you expect that you will not be able to tear down your booth for free during the designated Friday tear down hours - please contact our Linen & Dove team to reserve a $10 assistance tear down service. You can also prebook tear-down service at the same time you are booking your closet.
With this tear down service, we will tear down all items remaining in your booth and hold your items for 7 calendar days at our boutique for pick up during normal business hours. If you do not show up within 7 business days to retrieve your unsold items, they will be donated.
Failure to Pick-Up, Without Paying for Assistance: If you fail to pick up unsold inventory and clear out your closet in person + you did not pay the $10 assistance tear down service fee ahead of time - then we will charge you $15 against your closet payout commission to tear down all items remaining in your closet.
We will still hold your items for 7 calendar days at our boutique for pick up during normal business hours, after which all items will be donated.
Cancellations & No Shows
Sellers may reschedule for a future week with no additional charges. This must be done at least 48 hours before the Saturday set-up reservation begins (48 Hours Prior = by 8:00 AM CST on Thursday morning the week of your reservation).
Linen & Dove does not offer refunds on closet rentals for any reason, but The Sellers can cancel their reservation up to 48 hours in advance without financial penalty.
If booth set up does not occur before 7:00 PM CST on the designated Saturday of the rental week, the seller forfeits their rental and is considered a no-show.
If the booth rental is rescheduled, cancelled, or no-showed after the 48-hour window has closed, then a $20 rescheduling or cancellation fee will apply.
Management Discretion
Linen & Dove reserves the right to remove any items from the sales floor at its sole discretion, including but not limited to non-compliance with policies or inappropriate content. No compensation will be provided in these cases.
Counterfeit items are not allowed to be sold at Linen & Dove. Items sold using any brand name or a brand logo must be original and made by the brand or manufactured on their behalf. By selling branded items at Linen & Dove, The Seller agrees that they are responsible for the authenticity and affirming they are not counterfeit.
Seller Representation & Ownership
The Seller warrants that they are the lawful owner(s) of the inventory items and voluntarily consigns them to Linen & Dove pursuant to the terms of this agreement.
Store Closures
While we operate 7 days a week and will do everything in our power to prevent unexpected closures during your rental week, Linen & Dove has the right to close for any reason at any time, for reasons including but not limited to: Acts of God, inclement weather, shortage of staff, electrical, special holidays (these will be communicated ahead of time if impacting your rental period), power or internet failure, etc., and shall not be liable for additional compensation to The Sellers.
Legal Agreements
Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, or enforceable only if modified, such finding shall not affect the validity of the remainder of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding on the Parties.
No Waiver: Linen & Dove’s failure to insist in any one or more cases upon the performance of any provision of this Agreement or to enforce any term of this Agreement shall not constitute waiver of this Agreement or any of its terms.
Governing Law and Venue: Any dispute arising from this Agreement or the relationship between the Parties as a result of this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law principles. In the event any party to this Agreement must initiate any action or proceeding against another party pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, such action must be brought exclusively in any court of competent jurisdiction in Kendall County, Texas.
Attorneys’ Fees and Costs: In the event Linen & Dove is required to enforce this Agreement in any forum, formal or informal, The Seller agrees to pay Linen & Dove’s costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, required to be incurred by The Seller’s breach of this Agreement.
Linen & Dove reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the Parties regarding the matters contained herein and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous agreements and understandings between the parties, whether oral or written.

Messaging Terms
General Information
Opt-In to Messages: By opting into our services, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Linen & Dove LLC. These messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile number you provided or any other number you designate.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent based on your interactions with Linen & Dove LLC. We reserve the right to alter the frequency of messages at any time.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless provider for more information about your text and data plan.
Consent: Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
Mobile Messaging and Cancellation
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cancellation: You can cancel at any time by texting "STOP". After sending the message "STOP", you will receive a confirmation text. If you wish to start receiving messages again, simply opt-in again as you did initially.
Support: Text "HELP" for instructions on how to unsubscribe. For any other inquiries, contact us at linenanddove@gmail.com.
Privacy and Data Usage
Opt-In Data Sharing: Your mobile opt-in data will not be shared with third parties.
Transfer of Number: If you change or transfer your mobile number, you agree to either text "STOP" from the old number or notify us via email at linenanddove@gmail.com. This is a condition of using our messaging service.

Messaging Program Terms
Changes to Messaging Terms: Linen & Dove reserves the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time and to update these Terms. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting, and your continued enrollment will signify acceptance of any modifications.
General Terms
General Terms
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Linen & Dove operates.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the full and entire agreement between the Seller and Linen & Dove regarding the sale of items and related services. No other oral or written agreement will be binding unless executed in writing and signed by both parties.
Modification: Linen & Dove reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to Sellers and will apply to future transactions.
Acknowledgement & Agreement
By agreeing to sell items with Linen & Dove, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all of the Terms and Conditions listed on this webpage.
